gimporter + gexporter
AppSend routes from your phone without cloud upload
gimporter sends GPX and FIT routes from your Android phone to the watch's built-in course list. The companion gexporter serves files from the phone, and Garmin's Connect IQ app platform carries the request and imports the course.
You need both apps and Garmin Connect on the phone. No Garmin Connect+ plan is required. It adds routes only on the models in its manifest, and it doesn't add maps to watches without navigation.
