Garmin Card Reader
AppTurn Garmin's one-minute clips into drives
Garmin Card Reader reads a dashcam card and groups its short video fragments into drives using their recorded timestamps. It plays the drive continuously and can export a single MP4 without re-encoding the video.
Install a desktop release and open a copied card or the card itself. Exported files omit Garmin's private text track, and the repository does not name the retail camera used to reverse-engineer its card layout. The public repository does not state a license.
