Command lineSend calendar and task alerts from Linux to your watch
Garmin Bridge connects a Linux computer to your watch over Bluetooth and sends calendar events, weather and task notifications. It reads calendar feeds you choose and gets weather from OpenWeatherMap. It doesn't download your Garmin activity history.
You need Python 3.11+, BlueZ (Linux's Bluetooth software) and an OpenWeatherMap key for weather. The author tested a fēnix 6 Pro and has paused development after changing watches.
