DashboardSee ring recovery beside your strength training
Gains of Thrones combines Ultrahuman sleep and recovery records with an optional strength-training log in a dashboard you host. It reads the official daily-metrics API using your personal Ultrahuman token, after the ring has synced through Ultrahuman.
Deployment needs your own Cloudflare Workers Paid account and GitHub account. The dashboard stores data and tokens in that Cloudflare account and can generate notes with Workers AI; its default shared password lets everyone using that password see the configured people.
