FitGymLog
AppLog workout sets with the band's music buttons
FitGymLog uses Fit3 music buttons to record workout sets, change exercise and display rest countdowns. A phone notification buzzes the band when rest ends.
Use Android 13+ and Galaxy Wearable for buttons and alerts. Workouts stay local with optional Health Connect/Google Drive sync; other media can take over the buttons.
- Add wrist controls and apps
- Strength and cardio workout routines
- Rest countdown on the music screen
- Hevy and Strong CSV import and export
- Optional Health Connect workout export
- Optional coaching with your own model or API key
