AppInspect the fields inside your workout files
FitFileViewer is a desktop app that shows activity maps, charts and decoded tables from your workout FIT files. It reads exported files on your computer.
You need a Windows, macOS or Linux computer and copies of the files you want to look at. What you see depends on what the watch recorded. It doesn't sync with Garmin Connect.
