Command lineTurn your Fitbit export into Garmin activity files
Fitbit2Garmin converts an unpacked Google Takeout archive into activity and body-measurement files for Garmin Connect. It works on local files only and writes FIT, TCX or GPX, without contacting either company's servers.
Install Python and the project, convert a small batch, then import the results into Garmin Connect yourself. Daily totals, sleep and continuous health metrics stay as reference archives, because Garmin doesn't accept them this way.
