Fit3 Heart Rate Overlay
Self-hostedShow live Fit3 heart rate in an OBS overlay
This Python server reads standard Fit3 Bluetooth heart rate into a local BPM graph and WebSocket stream. OBS, a video recording and streaming app, can show the page as an overlay.
Use Windows 10/11 with Python and Bluetooth, disconnect the phone and open the band's heart-rate screen. Readings may stop when the screen times out; stored activity and sleep are unavailable.
