Fire TV Omni Cleanup

This Fire TV launcher fork adds an idle photo slideshow and firmware-specific Home redirection. It includes ADB cleanup instructions and keeps the Amazon launcher available for settings. The documented test is AFTTIFF43 on FireOS7.7.1.7; ordinary Android TV Home instructions are not interchangeable.
