FirmwareChange the firmware and read the watch's sensors
Espruino is the firmware shipped on Bangle.js 1 and 2. It runs your JavaScript on the watch and exposes its sensors, screen, buttons and vibration motor. Apps can keep records in local flash and send them over Bluetooth.
Install the build for your generation through the documented firmware update route, or compile your own from source. The two generations have different displays and memory limits, so app compatibility still needs checking. Standard Bangle.js 2 builds include a proprietary heart-rate algorithm alongside the open-source interpreter.
