FirmwareSee radio activity in an on-device spectrum display
Egzumer replaces the firmware on original DP32G030 UV-K5-family radios and adds a spectrum display, scanning controls and clearer on-radio information. It uses the radio's own receiver and stored settings, without a runtime account or cloud service. Installation needs a compatible programming cable and a supported Chromium browser or upstream flashing tool. The latest upstream release is v0.22 from January 2024, newer replacement-MCU radios are incompatible, and flashing the wrong binary can leave the radio unusable.
- See activity while scanning a receive range
- Sweep and monitor a selected receive range
- Adjust spectrum step size and squelch
- Show channel names alongside frequencies
- Configure button shortcuts and scan behavior
