Ecowitt Official Integration
Plug-inRead Ecowitt sensors through the local gateway API
Ecowitt’s integration polls a supported gateway’s local HTTP API and adds its weather and connected sensor readings to Home Assistant. It can also expose supported Ecowitt IoT controls, depending on the gateway and attached hardware.
Install it through HACS, Home Assistant’s community store, or manually and supply the gateway’s local IP address. It also triggers periodic firmware checks, so this is not an offline-only route. An unresolved report links the hourly check to repeated freezes on GW2000A firmware 3.3.2.
