DJI Drone Metadata Embedder
AppMap your footage and keep its GPS metadata
DJI Drone Metadata Embedder reads recorded video telemetry and SRT sidecar files to build interactive flight maps, export GPS tracks and place location metadata into video copies. It also maps geotagged photographs and can prepare a DaVinci Resolve timeline.
Windows and Apple-silicon macOS have desktop installers; the command-line tool also runs on Linux. FFmpeg and ExifTool handle media files, and newer embedded telemetry needs a recent ExifTool. Processing stays on your computer, but map backgrounds use internet services. Maps and exports can reveal where you flew.
