Turn a T-Display-S3 into a weather clock

DigitalClockS3 shows the time, local weather and two-day forecast graphs on a T-Display-S3. Its buttons switch between temperature, pressure, wind and precipitation views, adjust brightness and open optional news headlines.

Build and flash the firmware with PlatformIO, then configure Wi-Fi, location and a WeatherAPI key. Weather and news need internet access. This build targets the standard LCD T-Display-S3; the original ESP32, AMOLED and SF32 boards need different firmware.
