Dibby Wemo Manager
AppControl Wemo switches from a local desktop dashboard
Dibby Wemo Manager discovers supported Wemo plugs and switches on your network and controls them without Belkin’s cloud. Its desktop interface offers device controls and schedules, with optional HomeKit, MQTT and home-automation bridges.
Windows and Linux releases are provided. Schedules need the relevant app or background service to keep running; the project documents different hosting routes for each platform. The listed models are F7C027, F7C029 and F7C063. Owners have reported defects in disabling firmware rules and mapping weekdays, so treat that rule editor as incomplete.
