Command lineRecover a route from coordinates printed on video
dashcam2gps reads the GPS and speed text visible in video frames with optical character recognition. It writes a GPX track even when the original embedded telemetry is unavailable, using the VIOFO A229 Pro overlay layout.
Install Python and Tesseract and check the crop against your recording. The output has no per-point timestamps, and speed values keep the printed units without normalization, so inspect them before combining the track with other data.
