Self-hostedMove locked Viofo clips to your home storage
dashcam-transporter runs on a Raspberry Pi, joins the camera's Wi-Fi hotspot and downloads locked event recordings. It then switches to your home Wi-Fi and sends those files to an SMB share or Nextcloud, a file server you can run yourself.
This workflow deletes each camera original after staging it on the Pi, before the later transfer to home storage, and has no documented keep-originals option. You need power for the Pi and camera, and the installer changes the Pi's network manager; use it only if moving locked footage off the camera is the workflow you want.
