COROS Podcast Sync
Command lineCopy new podcast episodes to your watch
COROS Podcast Sync downloads MP3 episodes from podcast RSS feeds and copies them to a connected watch. Its macOS LaunchAgent can start the sync when the watch is plugged in.
Use a dedicated podcast folder: each run deletes the existing MP3 files in that folder before downloading replacements. You need Python, a COROS model with local music storage and USB access; this does not add music-service streaming.
