Back up and restore your console's game saves

Keep named backups of your game saves on a 3DS or Switch SD card and restore one when needed. Checkpoint runs directly on the console and supports 3DS cartridges, installed games and extdata as well as Switch saves.

The 3DS build requires custom firmware or Rosalina. Switch support requires an already modified console with working Atmosphere and a matching homebrew release. Keep a second copy before restoring a save.
