Plug-inUse your watch for room-presence automations
Bermuda adds room and home-presence sensors to Home Assistant, a self-hosted home automation system. It uses Bluetooth advertisements from an InfiniTime watch and nearby receivers; it does not read heart rate or activity history.
Home Assistant can use ESPHome or supported Shelly receivers, or a local USB Bluetooth adapter with reduced tracking quality. The maintainer uses PineTime but says it must remain disconnected from its phone companion to keep advertising. That prevents ordinary companion notifications during presence tracking.
