Plug-inKeep trips, charging and battery trends in Home Assistant
BavarianData brings BMW and MINI data into Home Assistant, a home automation system, through the official CarData stream and REST API. It keeps a trip journal and charging ledger, exports records and derives battery-capacity trends.
You need Home Assistant with HACS, its community installer, and free personal CarData on an eligible car with an active connected contract. It cannot command the car, and some models send fewer readings. Its learned capacity includes charging losses and is a trend estimate, not a battery test.
