Apple Health Parser
Command lineTurn Health exports into CSV and a yearly report
Apple Health Parser includes command-line programs that convert Apple's export ZIP into CSV files and produce a yearly PDF report. The programs run locally and expose activity, health and workout information from the export.
Install the Python package and transfer an export from your iPhone. The author has not tested all source combinations or iOS versions before 17, and richer workout detail remains an open request.
