Self-hostedSend Health metrics to TimescaleDB and Grafana
Apple Health Exporter receives metric JSON from Health Auto Export on your iPhone and stores it in TimescaleDB. It supplies a Grafana dashboard for viewing the stored history on your own server.
You need Docker, a protected upload endpoint and the separate paid Health Auto Export app. The current upload schema accepts health metrics, including sleep fields, but does not implement a workout-history importer or the suggested Shortcuts replacement. No license file was found, so reuse rights are not established.
