Control an original Anova cooker over Bluetooth

Anova’s command-line tool controls the original 800W Bluetooth and 900W Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Precision Cookers directly over Bluetooth. It reads temperatures and cooking status, sets the target temperature and timer, and starts or stops a cook.

You need Python 3.9 or newer, Bleak and a working Bluetooth adapter. This tool is for the original cookers; it does not establish support for AN500 or AN600 models. The 900W model has extra commands for its firmware version and alarm.
