Anemone3DS
AppChoose your 3DS themes, boot screens and badges
Install and preview custom themes, boot screens and badges on your 3DS. Anemone3DS runs on the handheld and loads your chosen files from its SD card.
Theme installation needs the Homebrew Launcher; QR downloads and boot screens need custom firmware. Some bundled icons have a noncommercial license, and downloaded themes keep their own terms.
