They dont want to play for free they want to buy it they just cant. I wanted to play Dragon Quest Monster Joker 3 but it never released in the US. I waited for years after the release date on the off chance they would make a US version. I ended up getting a second 3ds ($150) to homebrew to be able to play the game and not ruin my main 3ds that I use to play official games. I would have much rather spent $80 on the game officially. When people spend thousands on pcs, consoles, screens, accessories, controllers, internet bill, electricity bill etc its kind of like ridiculous to say that they dont want to pay, they obviously do.
