Added grind-setting charts and Home Assistant support to an ESP32 counter

I'm optimizing the firmware of the most overkill tally counter ever been made!

Yup, this is like a student's hobby project, but it's been a while since I debugged C code by eye (along with claude), and soldered stuff on protoboard (we cannot import anything, including custom PCBs thanks to imports regulations in Turkey, otherwise this would be a small PCB instead).

To preserve firmware writes after burst clicks, it waits for 2 secs idle before writing to the chip's nand.
